Overheating usually stems from low coolant, a faulty thermostat, failing water pump, broken fan, or a clogged radiator. Whatever the cause, it's serious-driving an overheated engine can cause damage.

**If your engine overheats:**
- Pull over safely and turn off the engine.
- Wait 15-30 minutes before opening the coolant reservoir (steam can burn you).
- Do not attempt a long drive-call for a tow.

Bob Allen's Service team can diagnose the problem quickly and get you back on the road safely. We'll check coolant level, test the thermostat, inspect hoses, and more. Call (877) 331-4442 right away if you're overheating, or schedule a cooling system check if you've had concerns.
