Delivery day is exciting-and straightforward if you know what to expect. Here's the typical flow.

**Before you arrive:**
- Bring your government ID, proof of insurance, and your signed purchase agreement if you have it.
- Plan to spend 1-2 hours at the dealership.

**The walkthrough:**
- Our delivery team walks you through every control: climate, audio, lighting, locks, trunk, and tech features.
- You'll learn about your vehicle's warranty and how to use the infotainment system.
- We'll make sure seats, mirrors, and controls are adjusted to your liking.

**Your inspection:**
- Before signing off, walk around the vehicle with the team. Point out any scratches, dents, or issues. They're documented right then.
- Check that all promised features and add-ons are present.

**Paperwork:**
- You'll sign the final purchase agreement, warranty documents, and title/registration paperwork.
- Our Finance team explains your loan or lease terms.
- You'll receive your keys, owner's manual, and service records.

**Leaving the lot:**
- Our team confirms you're comfortable with the vehicle before you drive off.
